A number with no life attached is the reason most agents quit their own plan by February. From there it's structure, not chaos: who you actually serve, the standards you hold, a weekly cadence you can keep, and systems (and AI) that take the work that was never your job. You build it live, with a coach who will tell you the truth even when the easier thing would be to agree with you. That's the care.
THE RETIRED BURNOUT.
I got into real estate in 2017 and did it the way everyone told me to: take every client, say yes to everything, chase the awards and the volume and the next bigger number.
In 2019 I set fire to it. I tore out everything that had no boundaries so I could find some balance without giving up the income.
In 2023 I burned it to the ground. I'd had my son, and I realized the business I'd built couldn't afford me being the mom I wanted to be. That was a non-negotiable, so the business had to change, not him and not me. I rebuilt it from the foundation up.
In 2025 I finally named what I'd been doing all along: coaching women is my mission. Most of the women I work with are like me, the breadwinner, the one whose business can't fail.
We carry that responsibility, and we still absolutely get to have both. There's no trophy for burning yourself out. Do less, make more. Those are the rules I play by, and that's why I created CEO Agent Lab x Hey Mama.

and today I lead productivity coaching for agents across two Keller Williams offices in the Twin Cities. This is my third business, and it's the one I wish someone had handed me in 2018.
